Service Description

we start by having a very open discussion where i truly listen to what is on your heart. you will write down your intention, a prayer, scripture, or a quote that will be your guidance as you uncover all your potential as the year passes on by. i will do some light energy work, massage and grounding. i will be in communication with you as much or as little as you would like. we finish the hour with frankincense and rose water.
